PROPS, ENGINES & MACHINE SHOP SERVICES

We offer many different designs of propellers for anything from a full competition F-1 to drag boats to ordinary hot boats.

Here are some samples of the props we carry in stock. We also do custom reworks and repairs on most high performance propellers.

Lower units? Sure, we install low water pick ups and skegs as well as general repairs on gearcases. Here, a low water pick up is being installed

Here a lower unit sits allowing the metal primer to dry before the final color coating in midnight black.

Doing good high performance work requires using a good machine shop or having a complete machine shop in house, as we have done.
Here is a view of some of the equipment we have and use daily.

The machinery shown here allows us to do work quickly and efficiently, without the wait of using outside shops.

In our machine shop we do many different tasks from boring and sleeving to complete engine porting and assembly. This photo shows a block that has just had the exhaust chest done.
This modification is worth some real horsepower when done correctly. You can lose horsepower if it is not done right.

If you've ever blown an engine and had a rod go through the side of the block, it's usually time for a new block. Not so here! We fix blocks just like the top dragsters do. We weld up the "window" the rod made. Here is a block that is being repaired. It was repaired and made ready to use for less than $500.

For real performance, the reeds and reed cages need work. Here, several intakes receive new Boysen reeds after porting.
